About Nicola Speranta

Originally from New Zealand, Nicola Speranta comes to the table with over 20 years of professional real estate experience. Initially launching Speranta Group in San Francisco at Prudential in 1998, she moved to Coldwell Banker in 2000 and stayed there for the next 12 years as an award-winning real estate agent.

 

In 2012, Nicola made the move to Re/Max Premier Properties in Arcadia, where she quickly became one of Re/Max’s top sellers, winning many awards with Re/Max Global from 2012 and 2019, including the Titan Club Award, putting her in the top 1% of sales in the United States. She is a member of the Arcadia Association of Realtors®, the California Association of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®. 

 

Nicola lives in Monrovia with her husband and 2 teenagers. She is a sponsor for many local and national charities, including Childhood Leukemia Society, the Door of Hope, Academy of the Blind, YMCA, Monrovia Little League, Clifton Middle School, Monrovia Robotics Program, Monrovia Biking Team, and Mayflower Elementary School.
